NuBerry Health & Wellness
Welcome To NuBerry Health & Wellness
Here at NHW, we guide you along your personal journey to optimal physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. You will learn tools and strategies to improve your spiritual practices, end unhealthy relationships with food, defeat the poverty mindset, foster healthy relationships, and so much more.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has defined health as a state of "complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
Because of this, our programs are based upon what we consider to be the "Six Seeds of Holistic Health": Faith, Food, Family, Finances, and Fun. Simply put, we do not focus on merely one area of your life. It is our belief that when all of these areas are working together (in 'harmony') then and only then can TRUE health be achieved.
I am grateful that you have decided to give yourself the gift of holistic health and I look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
